Urban Swaras Running Club operates this website and online store. We are a running community based in Nairobi, Kenya, promoting recreational running and building friendships through shared miles.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our merchandise that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee  that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. 

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are not liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases  made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Specific shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control. 

All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our  delivery to the carrier.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
